SMS Messaging Terms of Service

1. Program Description

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") apply to the text messaging program operated by Regency Plumbing & Piping, Inc. ("Regency," "we," "us," "our"). By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Regency at the mobile number you provided, related to appointment scheduling and reminders, service and job status updates, invoices and payment reminders, and customer support conversations.

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional messages such as special offers and seasonal service reminders. Opting in to messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How You Opt In

You can opt in by: checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at https://www.regencyplumbinginc.com/contact-us, texting START to 714-771-4454, or giving verbal consent to our staff when scheduling service. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text that identifies Regency Plumbing & Piping, states the message frequency, and explains how to get help or opt out.

You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you will notify us if that number changes or is reassigned.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service appointments.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Regency does not charge you for text messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT to 714-771-4454. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program after that.

We also honor opt-out requests you make by other reasonable means, such as calling us at 714-771-4454 or emailing info@regencyplumbinginc.com. To rejoin, text START to 714-771-4454 or opt in again through any method in Section 2.

6. Help and Support

If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also contact us directly at 714-771-4454 or info@regencyplumbinginc.com.

7. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device and coverage, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to opt in to this program. The program is available to subscribers of participating U.S. mobile carriers.

9. Privacy

We use your mobile number and messaging consent only to operate this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers and carriers that deliver our messages. 10. Changes, Governing Law and Contact

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted at https://www.regencyplumbinginc.com/sms-terms, with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and continuing to receive messages after an update means you accept the revised terms. These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
